The bed and breakfast is self-contained with it’s own entrance and consists of one ground floor double or twin bedroom with en-suite bathroom.

There is also a private snug with wood-burner which is also used as the breakfast room.  The bedroom contains a zip-king bed which means the room can be set up as twin beds or  as a super-king double bed. There is also a wardrobe with chest of drawers underneath.

The en-suite contains a bath with shower overhead, toilet, sink and heated towel rail. French windows lead out of the bedroom onto a raised private patio area and garden with views across the Wolds.

The bedroom has a television with DVD player together with tea and coffee making facilities. We have a no smoking policy. If you wish to bring your pet please discuss this when you book, pets are not allowed in the accommodation.

There is ample off-road parking and garage storage for cycles or motorbikes.

Breakfast is served between 7:30am and 9:00am

Breakfast Menu :-

A choice of cereals or porridge.

White or brown toast with marmalade or jam.

Full English breakfast to include sausage, bacon, egg, toast, tomato, mushrooms & baked beans (Vegetarian option available on request).

Orange juice, tea or coffee.

Charges & Payment

The room will be available from 4.00pm on the day of arrival and should be vacated by 10:00 am on the day of departure.

Double occupancy £70 per night.

Single   occupancy £50 per night.

Payment should be made by cash or cheque on day of departure.
